Dr. Maria J. Zarza, Executive Director and Supervisor of health programs and prevention of Bionexum Health. Bachelor of Science in Education (1993, University Cardenal Herrera), Bachelor of Psychology (1997, Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, UAM) and Ph.D. (2001) in Clinical Psychology at UAM under collaboration with Rutgers (New Jersey State University, USA). Since 1998 she has treated a wide variety of psychosocial problems and pathologies ranging from domestic violence, addictions, PTSD, and other socio-cultural adaptation of mental health disorders both in The U.S.A (Department of Community Affairs of New Jersey and Womanspace Inc.) and in Spain.

Dr. Zarza is a Researcher / Trainer at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA ), with projects funded by institutions including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the National Institution on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA); she has received awards and recognition for his contributions to the field. Currently, Dr. Zarza is Professor of Health Psychology at Berklee College of Music, University of Valencia, Trainer of Trainers (ToT) of Treatnet project of United Nations (UNODC) and representative / official trainer of intensive treatment of addictions MATRIX model in Spain.


Dr. Ana Tamarit Gomis, Doctor in Medicine and Surgery (1995, University of Valencia), specialist in Family and Community Medicine (1998-2001, Xativa Hospital), Physician and CAS Medical Coordinator at Villanueva Medical Center (Castellon). Research proficiency by the Autonoma University of Barcelona. Professional experience in primary care over the past 13 years. ESARVAL Project Researcher (2007-2009) and ESOSVAL Project Researcher (2009-2011) of the Department of Health of the Valencian Community.


David Bisetto Pons, Bachelor of Psychology (University of Valencia) and expert in clinical psychology, currently is engaged with the Foundation for Analysis, Study and Prevention of Addictions (AEPA), he is also an associate professor at the University of Valencia and has collaborated with Berklee College of Music in Valencia. Since 2009, he has been working on his PhD project which deals with the validation and adaptation of " Family Intervention Program for Addictive Behaviors (PIFCA)". He currently leads several studies related to eating behavior disorders and drug use. In 2010 he received the National Award Dr. Santodomingo Carrasco. David has participated and supervised several studies of emotional intelligence and psychological wellbeing funded and awarded by the Valencian Foundation for Quality " Constructive Thinking and Emotional Intelligence: Pillar of quality." He is coauthor of four books on education, clinical approaches in children and adolescents and has participated in numerous presentations and papers addressing issues related to cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach of psychological disorders and addictions.

David Pérez, CFO, BA in Economics from the University of Alcala de Henares (Madrid) with postgraduate studies in Taxation (Income tax, VAT, IS, environment and local finances). Previously, David worked as manager of credit risk and collections for companies such as Sun Chemical, The Volvo Group and Sun Microsystems where he was responsible of managing, analysis and authorisation of the risk of some business operations of the company and the evolution of payments in constant communication with the sales department, responsible for setting credit limits and payment periods considering the financial situation of each client. His functions at Bionexum Health are coordinating the accounting and financial statements and procedures with special emphasis in control monitoring of budget processes, financial variables, cash, credit management, collection management and optimization of the fiscal policy of the company.


Dr. Juan José Pérez Villar, founder and director of Bionexum Health, a Master´s degree in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Immunology and Inflammation by the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). Dr. Pérez Villar has developed an extensive international career in the pharmaceutical industry designing out / in -licensing operations of pharmaceutical products and projects, strategic analysis, identification and evaluation of investment opportunities, risk analysis of the proposed operations and key strategic issues for companies. Previously, he was Director of business development  at Biolty (Madrid , Spain), a consulting firm specialized in the biopharmaceutical sector, Director of the department of business development opportunities at the CEU- Cardenal Herrera University (Valencia, Spain) ; Manager of business Development department, principal investigator and deputy director in the department of oncology at the biopharmaceutical company Agensys / Astellas Inc. (Santa Monica , CA , USA), and Principal Investigator, department of oncology at the multinational pharmaceutical company Bristol- Myers Squibb Co. (Princeton , NJ , USA).
